First of all,
I want to give a special thanks to StarFire
for letting me use her Affiliation script for my site, arigatou!
Please read
over the following rules carefully. All submissions will be thoroughly
researched. If any of the below steps have not been filled out
properly, or your site does not meet quota, I will deny affiliation
until the "problem" is corrected. I am not doing this
to be mean, it's just that I have a lot to do, and I am not going
to waste my time going through piles of requests that have not
followed the below guidelines. Finally, if for some reason your
site is denied affiliation, an e-mail will follow explaining exactly
why it was denied and steps that can be taken to absolve this
and become a welcome affiliate of HOAM.
- Affiliates
must have Saber Marionette content. First of all,
the reason I have non-Saber affiliates in the first place is
because those sites belong to the Kaze domain, which is the
ONLY reason they are there. (Plus I am one of the staff
for AR, not to mention that AR has Saber Content!) The reason
I want affiliates to have Saber Content is because I am a Saber
Marionette site, make sense? Does this mean that if a site has
other series besides Saber it can't become affiliated? No! As
long as the site has some Saber content, then it indeed can
become an affiliate.
- Affiliates
will be linked with 88x31 pixel button banners only.
Why? Because all affiliates are shown on every page, and where
I have them can only fit banners those size! So only 88x31 pixel
button banners will be acceptable forms of linkage for affiliates.
If you do not have any 88x31 buttons for linking, you must
acquire one before requesting review for affiliation. If
you can't make your own, please visit Anime Revolution for this free service, and tell them the Mattousai
sent you! (It'll get done faster *hint hint*)
- Affiliates
should have nice layouts, original content, be entertaining,
and be easy to navigate. Since I strive to follow this example,
I (and my visitors) should expect my affiliates to do the same.
I want people to be able to find other quality sites
through my affiliates. This means none of the
following: direct-linked files, graphics used without credits
to who made them, information / content plagiarized from other
sites, a ton of broken links, or excessive use of graphics-shop
layouts, buttons, etc., among other things. If you're not sure
if your site measures up, I'd suggest going through StarFire's
FMOCT
Web Tips & Tricks and comparing your site to some of
her suggestions.
- Affiliates
must link back to HOAM in a timely manner of being accepted
as an affiliate (preferably 1 week), or your link will be removed
from HOAM until you comply. If my site is going to offer
another site traffic, then I expect them to reciprocate. Plain
and simple, if HOAM has not been linked within the appropriate
time, I will remove the offenders banner until I see that HOAM
has been properly linked back to. Once this is done, I will
once again add that sites banner to my affiliates. Once again,
I'm not trying to be mean, only fair!
That's it
for the moment, If I think of anything else, I'll be sure to post
it. Request review for affiliation with the form below ONLY -
>do not e-mail me asking to be affiliated! I will
not accept affiliates who request in this manner, that's what
the form is for. Again, just for the record, if sites do not
meet the standards above, you may not be affiliated. I'm not
going to be able to affiliate everyone, but don't let that
stop you from trying!

All the fields
below are required if you want to submit an affiliation
application! If you leave any fields blank, or if I am not taken
directly to your splash (or main if you have no splash) page upon
clicking your URL, your application will be deleted
and you will not be notified. Double-check
your spelling and include the "http://" prefix on your
URL. Include your complete correct e-mail address.
