Sailorpluto is the mysterious and subdued guardian of the Door of Time. Sailorpluto makes her first appearance in the Sailormoon R series and is the voice in Chibiusa's Luna-P ball. (The dub incorrectly had Luna's voice for the first time this was shown.)

Sailorpluto is in charge of standing guard at the Door of Time in order to keep people from tampering with the timestream. She possesses the third Talisman, the Garnet Orb (with which she revives Sailoruranus and Sailorneptune after their Talismans are released from their heart crystals). Chibiusa affectionately calls her "Puu".

Sailorpluto calls Chibiusa "Small Lady" and is very dedicated to protecting her. She is rarely shown away from her post in much of the show. She does, however assist the other Outer Senshi for some of the S season, where she uses her forbidden ability to stop time and save Sailoruranus and Sailorneptune from a helicopter explosion, and she appears in the Stars season to assist the Outers in an attempt to defeat Galaxia.
