Aino Minako, once the decoy Moon Princess (and star of the Sailorv manga, which preceded Sailormoon), was, in all actuality, the first Senshi.

Minako did modeling for games and movies of the super-popular super-heroine Sailorv when she lived back in England. What no one knew was that, off-camera, Minako actually was the famed Sailorv. (Gee, no wonder she looks so much like her...)

Along with her talking white guardian cat, Artemis, Minako found the rest of the Inners, rescuing them from a sticky situation to take her place among them as Sailorvenus. (It's scary how alike she an Usagi are sometimes...) I'm not really fond of her character - I find her annoying. She does stupid annoying things like two-timing (and fails miserably). Plus she's just obnoxious. But that's just my opinion. There are plenty of people who think she's a wonderful character.
