I have been getting a lot of requests for affiliates/sister sites lately... Much more than I ever expected!! While I'm very flattered that so many people would like to affiliate with FMOCT, I find that I'm going to have to set down a few ground-rules for affiliation - and to help on the odds of your site getting affiliated, I've decided to start accepting Chibi-Siblings. (Thanks to my current affiliate, Neo Nobility for the idea!)

Chibi-Siblings are sites that, at the time of their application, did not quite meet the standards for full affiliateship, but which show promise (or just have very nice webmasters/mistresses) and which I would still like to affiliate with in some way. Chibi-Siblings (CS's) will be displayed together on a page that can be accessed by clicking the link below the affiliates on all the main pages of FMOCT. Most of the rules are still the same, but are usually more lenient for CS's. Almost any site can qualify to be a Chibi-Sibling - however, there must be none of the following: hentai/adult content (original manga scans are OK - adult doujinshi/fan-manga scans are not); direct-linked files, images, or pages; plagiarized content; excessive broken images/links. Please read the rules below for an idea of what your site must contain to qualify for either full affiliateship or Chibi-Sibling-ship.

• Affiliates/Chibi-Siblings must be Sailormoon related. "But why do you have non-SM sites affiliated now?" you may ask. To which I would reply, "Because those are the sites hosted on kazeninaru.net, my host domain." Since I am a Sailormoon site, I would prefer to affiliate only with other Sailormoon-related sites (meaning those with primarily Sailormoon-related content, be it subbed, dubbed, manga, or live-action), other Kaze hostees excluded. As long as the majority (at the very least, say, 50%) of your site is dedicated to Sailormoon I will consider you for some form of affiliation.
  
  
• Affiliates/Chibi-Siblings will be linked with 88x31 pixel button banners only. Due to the script I use for my affiliates, and to keep things clean and simple on my site, only 88x31 pixel button banners will be acceptable forms of linkage for affiliates. (If you want to affiliate FMOCT with a larger banner on your site, I don't care - this is just for my page.) If you do not have any 88x31 buttons for linking, you must acquire one before requesting review for affiliation. If you can't make your own, please visit Anime Revolution for this free service. (Please note that Chibi-Siblings will be displayed differently - click here for more info on CS's - but must still have at least one 88x31 banner for me to link you with.)
  
  
• Affiliate/Chibi-Siblings should have nice layouts, original content, be entertaining, and be easy to navigate. Since I strive to follow this example, I (and my visitors) should expect my affiliates to do the same. I want people to be able to find other quality sites through my affiliates. This means none of the following: direct-linked files, graphics used without credits to who made them, information / content plagiarized from other sites, a ton of broken links, or excessive use of midis and graphics-shop layouts, buttons, etc., among other things - even on Chibi-Sibling sites (though graphic shop layouts/elements are still allowed, as are WYSIWYG - such as Angelfire and Tripod editor-created - sites). I'm encouraging sites that give the visitor fun things to do with the minimum of hassle. If you're not sure if you site measures up, I'd suggest going through my FMOCT Web Tips & Tricks and comparing your site to some of the suggestions and guidelines in it. Don't forget, if your site does not fully qualify to be a full affiliate, you still have the chance to be a Chibi-Sibling.
  
  
• Affiliates/Chibi-Sibling sites may not include hentai or adult content in galleries or site elements, nor link to sites without age-appropriate disclaimers before adult-themed content is viewed. This does not pertain to "official" Takeuchi-drawn manga images (or "official" SM Artbook images), but mainly to doujinshi, or fan-manga, and fan art submissions. Also, you may not link to any hentai sites, or sites including hentai/doujinshi galleries that do not include disclaimers that users must click-to-agree to before viewing hentai artwork, even in thumbnailed format. (See Anime Revolution's Ai no Himistu sections for an example of an acceptable disclaimer.)
  
  
• Affiliates/Chibi-Siblings must link back to FMOCT in a timely manner of being accepted as an affiliate (preferably 2-3 days), or your link will be removed from my page until you comply. This might seem obvious, but I've had it happen to me before that I've agreed to affiliate with someone and my link was not added to their affiliates / sisters list. I took their banner off my affiliates list until I either hear from them or see my button on their affiliates list. It might sound mean, but I'm not going to provide traffic to their site if they're not going to reciprocate. My affiliates get quite a few hits from me (going by my counter stats, kazeninaru.net gets many of its hits from the affiliate buttons on the hostees' sites), and if you're an affiliate getting publicity from me, I expect to have the opportunity to get publicity from you.

I will not accept affiliates who request in this manner - that's what the form is for. Use it please. Again, just for the record, if sites do not meet the standards above, you may not be considered for a full affiliate, but you will have a chance to be affiliated as a Chibi-Sibling.

If you leave any fields blank, or if I am not taken directly to your splash (or main if you have no splash) page upon clicking your URL, your application will be deleted and you will not be notified. Double-check your spelling and include the "http://" prefix on your URL. Include your complete correct e-mail address.
