For those of you who knew me way back when, you'll recognize this little beauty from Paul's Ultimate Sailormoon mailing list... There were some great times on there!
However, sadly, I must say that due to my lack of time to devote to it, StarFire's Banner Service has been closed permanently. However, don't despair! If you need an anime, seiyuu, game, or Jpop banner for your site, you can go to my affiliate site, Anime Revolution to find out how to request one!
To reiterate, I will not be taking any more banner requests via FMOCT. Any banner requests (including graphics requests - I was never a graphics service but I got asked a lot anyway) received after this point will be deleted. Again, if you need a free banner made for your site, you can go to Anime Revolution and read the FAQ to find out how to request one.
